We love Cracker Barrel... Bob was our server today and he is awesome. Food came out very fast and he was very accommodating to everything I wanted. As a server myself, I know how hard this job can be but Bob absolutely does his job like it's not even work. Thank you Bob for the awesome service and another great meal..

Food was good as usual. But do not understand the reasoning or thought process of hostess seating us. We are handicap, difficult walking and she proceeds to try and seat us at a table furthest from the entrance. Had to stop her and say "please don't walk us further than necessary." Table next to us with a wheelchair said she tried the same with them trying to get wheelchair through tight fitting tables. Where's the common sense?

My parents had never been to Cracker Barrel as there aren't many in Oregon. They enjoyed the "Cracker Barrel Experience" as I like to call it. Our waitress, Hope, was helpful and kind. She took time to ensure my mom's dairy-free needs were met. Mom enjoyed shopping in the gift shop too!

Great food and great service! My family and all got together at the local Cracker Barrel and we had a pretty good time. The food was pretty good and we all enjoyed it. My only minor complaints were that the green beans were a little mushy and maybe a little overcooked or something, and the country biscuits were awfully dry and hard to eat with only a single butter packet on it, so I was glad to have a drink to wash it down. Other than that, I would recommend this as a pretty darn good place to grab some grub and socialize with friends or family. My mom even found an old style laundry tub that she just had to have as well!

The store was clean, very busy, and friendly. We were seated quickly, and our drinks were also served fast. The waitress started to serve us the wrong table's orders, but brought us the correct one fast. Part of the order was not delivered, and we had to ask for it. Our drinks were not refilled quickly. The waitress was not attentive. Overall, it was not up to the level of care that is not our normal experience in this restaurant. The host needs to be taught to notice when people are having mobility issues and not walk the guest across the building. We will be back, but it will be a while before we do so.
